business for 9 years, PeopleSide
Inc. is a project management consulting practice
that specializes in the PeopleSide of project implementation. Well
versed in change management principles, we also have first hand
experience with all of the individual components of a change transition
program – audience analysis, communications, learning, help
desk and support, measurement and tracking, and sponsorship coaching.
Owner
and senior project manager, Mary Neff, has pioneered in change management
since the early 1980s during her work in introducing information
centres, office automation, and personal computing. Since establishing
PeopleSide, this
small but nimble group has successfully implemented dozens of projects
involving audiences of up to 40,000 people and budgets up to $7
million.
